    Team Polar Bear!

Great work on your presentation! You both were really well spoken and did a wonderful job explaining:

    a) what the problem is and why it is important

    b) what we can all do to fix the problem

    c) that we will have a cleaner environment and impact current extinction rates if we act now.

Thanks for working on this important project.  I hope you continue to work in science as you grow up.  You are very good at it and at explaining why people should change.  Brilliant!

I loved this presentation.  It had so much passion and invaluable information.

You did an excellent job describing the problem of climate change by clearly explaining the Greenhouse Effect.

Totally agree that flooding is a serious consequence of warming in the Arctic.  I am glad that you focused on flooding, and you got me thinking of other related problems, like warm waters causing the Polar Vortex or melting permafrost  (maybe next year's research).

Your clarity on what we need to do—stop getting to 2 degrees Celsius--was awesome.  People need to hear this number over and over again!

I was thrilled to see how you followed up with solutions, i.e., avoiding reliance on fossil fuels, stopping drilling, conserving, and changing consumption practices.  You briefly mentioned scientific research on modifying foliage so that plants can consume more carbon.  This may also be a terrific avenue for additional study as most of us have not heard much about this process.

Again, your passion, clarity, ideas, and problem-solution analysis (supported by excellent images) really came through in this presentation.  Well done!

What an important topic! You did some excellent research about the problem and the solutions. Thanks for the tips for how we can help. Very convincing!
