The 2014 Opportunities for the Future conference will be held on June 28, 2014. CTD's family conference features stimulating workshops and presentations designed to help gifted students and parents plan for the future. Adults enjoy the keynote address and subsequent sessions led by experts in gifted education. Students in grades 4 through 12 attend age-appropriate workshops that provide new perspectives on current areas of study as well as future career opportunities.Children age 4 through grade 3 participate in supervised activities while family members visit sessions.

The Chicago Gifted Community Center (CGCC) is a member-driven 501(c)(3) non-profit organization created by parents to support the intellectual and emotional growth of gifted children and their families.
