Chemistry Magic - The Chemistry of Teaching Talk

CLC Speaker Series for 2013-2014


Once again, this academic year, the College of Lake County will offer an intriguing series of talks on science, technology, engineering and math topics. Each talk will feature a content expert who will provide a fresh perspective on an important STEM-related subject.


Presentations begin at 6:30 p.m.

Pre-registration is recommended.


Thursday, Feb. 13: Chemistry Magic - The Chemistry of Teaching

Bob Becker, a 29-year veteran of the science classroom, will present a dozen or so intriguing chemistry demonstrations that also illustrate important pearls of wisdom/sage advice drawn from a long teaching career.
