Tweeting, Posting and Updating - Social Media in Gifted Education

Presenter: Karen Mensing and David Graham

Social media is ubiquitous in today’s world. Both teachers and students now have the ability to not only access information, but also safely engage with experts and express their own ideas to a global audience. This collaboration and communication can transform both classroom learning and teachers’ professional development. Through the use of social media, students can immerse in deep and rich project-based learning. In this Webinar, participants will learn how to integrate project-based learning into the classroom through the use of social media.
