What is the Parent Support Series?

Our RNBC professionals will provide practical advice for supporting any child experiencing social, emotional, behavioral, and learning challenges, regardless of diagnosis.

 

Who should attend?
Parents, caregivers, teachers and the general public are welcome to attend these free educational seminars.

 

Where are they located?
Presentations in the series will be held at  Rush NeuroBehavioral Center. 4711 Golf Road, Suite 1100 in Skokie, Illinois.

Sadness, depression, and irritability are often concerns for parents and teens during high school, as well as throughout childhood. It is important for parents to understand what is typical to expect, identify indications of more significant mood concerns, and determine how best to respond to their child or adolescent. Amanda Weigel, Psy.D. invites all to attend this event in order to discuss and learn more about how to address sadness throughout their childrens’ development.
