The Metamorphosis of a Butterfly Class (ages 5+)

Join us for a fun-filled afternoon at Citizens for Conservation-owned Flint Creek Savanna.  Students will become Citizen Scientists while learning about the importance and life cycle

of butterflies. Each child will make a butterfly habitat, receive a monarch caterpillar to raise at home, and receive a milkweed plant to attract butterflies to their yard.

 

This class is open to children ages 5 and older. Caregivers are required to attend.  CFC members are free. Non-members pay $5.00 for the first child and $1.00 for each additional child. Please make checks payable to Citizens for Conservation.  Register by August 17.
