Join us for an evening of out-of-this world fun as we take a trip to the moon! NIU STEAM instructor and resident space cadet Jeremy Benson will get us started by leading a brief discussion about human exploration of the moon. Afterwards, attendees will participate in a rover challenge, some hands-on activities relating to gravity and light, along with a few additional surprises.

Teen STEM Cafés are designed by teens, for teens. Teens and their families are welcome to learn about the science behind popular topics, experience hands-on learning activities and enjoy free pizza provided by Hy-Vee.
