Webinar: What to Expect from and How to Support Your Children Through the Transition to In-Person Learning

The onset of a new school year can be both an exciting and challenging time for parents and children alike. This year, the transition to school comes on the heels of a period full of changes, new routines, frustrations, and a lot of creative problem-solving for families.

Whether excited or anxious about the upcoming school year, there's no doubt that the emotions and reactions that arise from this transition will be as varied as the children and families going through it.

During this free webinar, Dawn Livorsi, D.S.W, LCSW, and Ariel Horvitz, Psy.D., will explore ways that parents and caregivers can emotionally support their kids as they process this change and re-identify how to connect in a social setting. The discussion will be followed by a 15-minute Q & A for parents, caregivers and educators.

The event is free, but registration is required. Click here to register.

Can't attend? Register and submit your questions — we'll address them during the webinar and circulate a video of the discussion following the live webinar.
