Crazy Stressed: Adolescent Anxiety

Dr. Michael Bradley, author of Crazy Stressed, will be speaking about the factors contributing to the high levels of adolescent anxiety, stress, depression and negative behaviors being seen today. 


Then, with proven strategies from his three decades of practice and his own years as a father, Dr. Bradley provides practical advice on how to connect with your children to build their resiliency and guidance on what to do when you're facing a major mental health issue. 


All Community Speaker Series programs are free and and open to the entire community.
