Outdoor Skills: Tracking and Observation (ages 10+)

Learn how to identify tracks, scat and other clues left by common Lake County animals, and then try your new skills outdoors.

Fine tune your wildlife observation skills with this in-depth workshop. We'll start indoors and then venture out to look for tracks, scat and other animal signs. Dress in layers with proper outdoor gear. Handouts will help you continue honing your skills beyond the program.


Meet in the Visitors Center classroom.
