CGCC Elmhurst 

Wild About Reading Book Club 

A book club for highly gifted 8 - 11 year olds who have significantly advanced reading skills and a love of books. Bring your favorite book of the month, share what you liked about it with the group, hang out, check out the Elmhurst Library and chill for a while.

We have a room reserved for the club and will begin with a facilitated group discussion about the books selected by each participant. This is followed by social time in the room and an opportunity to investigate the library. Parents are asked to stay at the library in order to supervise their children during open library time. (This is a requirement of the Elmhurst Library.)
