Parents - an unexpected option for you to consider.
Are you one of the parents hurting inside, doubting yourself, and hurting and scared for your child/ren? Having limited results with various parenting approaches?
Given you’re still reading this, in all likelihood, it’s not you - your child really is harder.
Ever wonder why?
Please consider that your child’s behaviors could be unexpected characteristics of gifted – not only Sheldon Cooper gifted, but unidentified gifted as well.
For example, right-brain focused people (little, big and in between) require more time to process and filter life through their visual and non-linear brain-pathways. Their reactions and behaviors are likely to obscure the cause. And that’s only one eye-opening, compassion-building fact. There are so many.
Once parents recognize and understand the underlying traits associated with their child’s innate processes, and yes, gifts - whether left and/or right brained – parents can begin to help their child channel the traits into productive, life-enhancing skills. If you suspect your child is precocious in just one way, s/he probably is. All it takes is one.
Please give yourself the chance to consider possibilities that could save you and your child a lot of unnecessary distress.
Come listen. Decide if it resonates. Whatever your answer, you will not regret knowing what to consider as you continue your parenting journey with your one-of-a-kind child.
It is open to the public at no cost. So you have little to lose by joining us for this event:
