Fermilab Open House (gr. 3+)

Join Fermilab for an afternoon of science fun.


Every year Fermilab has the Fermilab Family Open House, a party for children of all ages to learn about the world of physics. (There's plenty for the grown-ups, too.)

Audience: The Open House is most appropriate for children in grades 3 and up.Children must be accompanied.


Registration: The event is free. Registration is only needed for the tours. The minimum age for Linac tours is 10 and for DZero/Tevatron and Muon g-2 tours is 14. No exceptions. Visitors on the DZero/Tevatron tour must be able to walk up and down several flights of stairs. Go to the Registration Page to sign up for a tour.
