Public Education At Risk: What Has Happened, What May Still Happen, And What Difference Does It Make? An Update

This presentation will provide an overview of key changes in Federal Education law, policy, and funding since January of 2025, additional changes that are being considered, and the impact of the changes already proposed and implemented. Objectives will be to identify strategies that can be used to mitigate the impact of these changes, and to communicate concerns about these changes to the Congress and the Executive Branch.
