Family Day: Paper Kite-Making

Make—then fly—your own kites in celebration of the final weekend of Meiji Modern! Get inspired by Japanese artworks on view and then decorate and assemble your own working kite.

FREE, drop-in. Art-making supplies and other materials are provided. Family programs are best for kids 4–12, but all ages are welcomed! Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
