NIU Teen STEM Café: Space Kits

Create a solar system model, design your own Nebula art, and investigate how our universe acts similarly to raisin bread. Don’t miss this space mission led by NIU STEAM educators!

What are Teen STEM Cafés?

Designed for middle and high school students and their families.

Engaging speakers and fun hands-on activities connect science, technology, engineering and math concepts to current events.

Meet fellow teens who share your interest in science and technology.

Enjoy free pizza provided by NIU STEAM, with support from HyVee and the DeKalb Public Library.

The Chicago Gifted Community Center (CGCC) is a member-driven 501(c)(3) non-profit organization created by parents to support the intellectual and emotional growth of gifted children and their families.
