Sleep and Anxiety

Dr. Allison Clarke will demystify normal and abnormal sleep experiences and teach strategies to help children overcome stress and sleep challenges.

Dr. Clarke will discuss:

  • Sleep and how it works
  • How anxiety impacts sleep
  • How we can promote healthy sleep
  • Interventions for insomnia
  • Addressing anxiety and establishing routine
  • Developmental changes in sleep associated with adolescence

Allison Clarke, PhD is a child clinical psychologist and sleep specialist, providing clinical care and conducting clinical research focused on behavioral strategies to improve child and adolescent sleep.

THIS PROGRAM IS FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.
