Have you ever wondered how to find a good university or higher education institution for your complex gifted learner?  What will be a good fit, will the facilities execute and meet your child needs?  What are my student’s rights?

Carol Dimas (President/Founder of Educational Advocacy and Consulting) will guide and share her expertise regarding this topic.

  • Discuss Universities and Higher Educational Institutions that accommodate complex learners
  • Recommendations on determining your child’s path regarding occupations and careers based on their gifts, talents, and interests
  • Review the processes of procuring help and supports for gifted students and new OCR guidance
  • Students’ rights to services
  • Bridging the gap by building on a student’s gifts and talents rather than just focusing on deficits
