Nando's Peri-Peri

Are you hungry for in person connections with other parents of gifted children who understand you?  Come and meet us for a casual dinner to share stories about raising gifted children, laugh, lament, or provide/receive support on your parenting journey. We will get our palate delighted by South African - Portuguese food at Nando's PERi PERi, a conveniently located restaurant  in the Old Orchard Mall in Skokie (near Bloomingdale's).

This is part of a series of parent lunch/supper on the north and northwest side of the city. If you live on the north/northwest side and cannot make this date, or are willing to travel to this part of Chicagoland, please watch the CGCC calendar for updates and contact the host with your general availability and preferences to meet in the future. We will attempt to meet monthly on this part of town, so watch the calendar for future times.

This event is "free" as everyone will pay their own bill at the end of the evening. Please register so that we can make the proper table arrangements.  If your plans change after registration, please kindly respond to the confirmation email so we can adjust our arrangements. If we reached capacity, please join waitlist and we will let you know.

Per city regulations, the restaurants check vaccination cards, but please know you are coming at your own risk and you would be assuming and accepting all risks inherent in attending in person events at this time.

Please note that by attending this event, you confirm that you will assume all the risk to yourself and your family related to coronavirus.
