504’s, IEP’s, Neuropsychs, Oh my!

Having a child who has any type of diagnosis creates a challenge for the parent in order to ensure their child receives all of the help and support needed to be successful. The process can be time-consuming and intimidating for those who don’t understand the jargon and their rights.

Dr. Victoria Tuchscherer, a pediatric neuropsychologist, and Shira Schwartz, an educational advocate, team up for this event to help you understand the process, learn more about the meanings behind the terminology used, and identify your rights as a parent.

Bring your questions, bring your answers, and bring your appetite for learning! Stories for sharing are always welcome!

Please see here for complete details.
