The 38th annual Profiles in Excellence event will have inspiring presentations and performances in honor of Black History Month. The virtual event theme, Our Voice is Black History, features students and faculty from the College of Lake County sharing their experiences through stories collected from Lake County's African American community. The Chicago Gifted Community Center (CGCC) is a member-driven 501(c)(3) non-profit organization created by parents to support the intellectual and emotional growth of gifted children and their families.
