Teen Tuesday - Exploring Cellphone Sustainability

You might spend hours on it everyday, but have you ever thought about what materials are actually inside your cellphone and where they come from? Join us as we dive deep into how our cellphones are made, and how cellphones connect people around the globe through communication, culture, and resource use. Learn how changing the way you use your own cellphone can make an impact on global sustainability! You will meet Smithsonian cultural anthropologist Dr. Josh Bell and local teenagers Kani, Asia, and Maggie from the National Museum of Natural History's youth internship programs. The webinar will be presented on Zoom video; click here to join: https://zoom.us/j/97863762769
