Launchers and Helicopters
Design, build, and bring your test models
into shape. Test, analyze, tweak—and maybe
start over? Explore various theories of physics and
engineering and experiment with different tools
and materials to discover how to make your
creations launch and fly most effectively.
5th-8th grades
Hoppers and Hovercraft
Explore energy, forces, and motion
while learning basic circuitry. Apply
principles of physics and engineering to
design and construct kinetic contraptions
that hop, hover, spin, and float. Bring your
creations home for further investigation.

at time of application; a $2 processing fee also is applied per student.
Tuition is fully refunded for withdrawals requested before the program
begins. Teacher recommendations are not required for our one-day programs.
