Parenting Gifted Children, Together

A discussion lead by Newenka DuMont, CGCC board member and gifted advocate

On Thursday, April 23, 2015 at 6:00 p.m.

The St. Charles History Museum
(same as the St. Charles Heritage Center)
215 E. Main St.
St. Charles, IL
Registration Requested!

Let’s face it, for most people parenting is a very social experience, but if you are parenting gifted children you learn quickly not to share too much! We will discuss why parenting gifted children can be so isolating and talk about ways you can normalize the experience.  This will flow into a discussion of the different kinds of events for gifted children, their families and their parents that those in attendance would like to see out in the far western suburbs. Please register, so we know how many to expect!

If you can't make the meeting, but want to share your ideas, please email Newenka.
